Membership Info

 All memberships include full use of the facility. We have a basketball court, a racquetball courts, a spin studio, an aerobics room, a fully equipped weight room (cardio machines, free weights and machine weights), and a pool. We offer aerobics classes and water aerobics that are included with your membership as well. 

Along with everything listed above, we also include use of our Tot Drop facilities in the membership. For tot drop information, click on the Tot Drop tab below.

Class Descriptions

20/20: Experience the fitness pyramid. Cardio/Strength/flexibility = Mega Mix Workout.

Strength & Grace: Learn how to train the core for improved overall balance. This class tones and shapes the body while engaging the core.

Indoor Cycling: This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!

Zumba: Internationally known Latin Dance based cardio workout that will leave you begging for “Uno Mas!”

Kickboxing: Come jab, kick, and punch your way into fitness.

Circuit Training: Complete body workout to develop your stamina. Strengthen and tone the entire body.

Final Cut: You will be challenged! A powerful way to strength train. We will challenge all major muscle groups with the best weight room moves.

The Body Shop: Muscle conditioning class designed to reshape your physique. 

Strength & Grace: This class tones and shapes the body while engaging the core.

Piyo: fun, challenging class design to build Strength, Balance &  Flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class full of energy, power and rhythm.

Yoga: Flexibility, balance, strength and muscle tone improve as the mind and body work together in harmony.

Tai Chi:  Tai Chi is an ancient technique from the orient and has been known to stimulate your mind, joints and muscles. All levels and ages are welcome.

R.I.P.P.E.D:  Uses components of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometyrics, and Endurance to help you attain and maintain a healthy physique in a safe, fun, and effective way.

H.I.I.T/ Ab&Core: This is a two part class: the first 30 minutes is high intensity interval training and the last 30 minutes is focused on building strong core muscles.

Tot Drop

 

Tot Drop

If you have young kids, you can bring them with you to the gym!. While you are getting in shape your children can play in Tot Drop.  The Tot Drop is for children between the ages of 3 months to 5 years of age.  Parents must remain inside the facility while leaving their children in Tot Drop.  A maximum of two hours is allotted per visit.  The Tot Drop is free to members and there is a $2.00 charge for non-members per child. Weight Room

 

Weight Room

 In the weight room, we have state of the art machines.  We have six treadmills, three elliptical machines, two recumbent stationary bikes, one standard stationary bike, three stair steppers, one stairmill, two flat bench presses, one decline bench press, one isometric bench press, isometric chest press, biceps machine, triceps machine, abdominal machine, isometric back machine, deltoid machine, isometric leg press machine, isometric calf machine, squat machine, lower back extension machine, and free weights ranging from 5 lbs to 130lbs.

      Use of the weight room is included with any membership, or you can pay a daily rate to use the facility.  Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the weight room.  Children ages 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.  No open toed or open heeled shoes are allowed.  Also, proper work out attire must be worn; pants with zippers or rivets are not allowed.

We have a full locker room for women and men.  The lockers are available to rent or you can use them just when you come into workout for the day.  The rental fee for the lockers is $5 per month.  We do not supply locks for the lockers. 

We have a regulation size racquetball court and equipment that you can use if you do not have your own. 

 We have an aerobics room with all different types of aerobic classes.  This classes vary from beginner to advance.  We also have a spin studio just for our indoor cycling classes.

We have a full size basketball gym.  We have basketballs for patrons to use.

 We have a full size gymnastics room.  The gymnastics room is equiped for both girls and boys gymnastics.  Classes range from 18 months old to high school age. 

The Community Room is available to rent for special events.  The cost is $25 per hour during regular business hours.  If you would like to rent the room after hours it is just an additional $13.75 per hours for the maintenance person.  The hourly fee also includes use of the kitchen.  If you would like to rent the room please call and ask for the facility manager.  Please note that all rentals require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
