Are you a passionate and experienced swim coach? We are looking for someone to join our team and coach the Camden County PSA swim team to prepare them for events and competitions. In this role, you'll work with the team during practices, events, and competitions and organize and plan swim meets. As a coach, you'll be responsible for communicating with swim team parents about all matters related to the swim team.

We require someone with Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED Certification and USA Swim Certification who can work well with others and has demonstrated the ability to teach swim lessons. It will be a plus if you're familiar with using Team Unify. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form, exercise mature judgment and sound decision-making, and possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with parents and students.

This is a dynamic role that requires a flexible schedule. You may need to work evenings and weekends to meet the duties and responsibilities of this position. The duties are primarily performed at the Aquatics Center during mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends, and you'll work closely with others and independently.

If you're passionate about coaching and want to make a difference in the lives of young swimmers, we want to hear from you. Apply today and join our team!
